Shipping and Return

SHIPPING

Within the U.S.

Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Shipping takes 3-5 business days, not including weekends.  If there is a delay in shipping for any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible.

If overnight shipping is required, the customer is responsible for the full cost to ship the item(s). The cost is $35.

International

The cost to ship internationally varies by country, and you would be responsible for the full cost to ship. Please contact Black Honey directly for pricing.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe and/or is lost in transit, please notify us. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier (USPS). This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed. Please understand that we have no control over the package once it has been released to USPS, and we can only provide the information that they give to us.

Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or was delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. 

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund. 

REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Manufacturer damages/defects must be reported and shown via pictures within 3 days of receiving the merchandise for a refund.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or customer-caused damage. 

 

If you purchased the wrong size/item and wish to exchange it, you are responsible for the shipping cost to return it. We will assume the responsibility of paying for the shipping cost to send the new item. The item being exchanged cannot have any visible signs of wear, alteration or customer-caused damage.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to an additional shipping cost.

Lingerie, cosmetics, intimates, makeup brushes and clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 813-489-4077 immediately after making your purchase. If there is no answer, you can text or leave a voicemail. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders. We are unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
